Return Policy For Used Games Or Accessories:

At Level Up Video Games we want to make sure you get the used game or used accessory you want. All of our used games come with a 30 day warranty against defects. All of our used accessories come with a 14 day warranty against defects. If you want to return an item for an exchange, or refund (your choice) just use our contact us page or call us within 14-30 days of purchase and we will get you an RMA and pre-paid return postage for you to get your order back to us. It's as simple as that!

Return Policy For New games Or Accessories:

New games and accessories are returnable within 30 days of purchase only if unopened. We cannot do refunds for new games or accessories that have been opened. If you have a new game or accessory that you would like to return and it has not been opened please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we wil get you and RMA and pre-paid return postage for you to get your order back to us.

 

Return Policy For New Tapletop RPG Books & Collectible Trading Card Games:

No returns will be excepted on any of these items, and no exceptions to this policy will be made. All sales are final on these items. If you are unsure if your item falls under this category please contact us before you place your order had been shipped out from the store no refund will be issued.

Shipping Policies Shipping Time:

Items will ship no later than the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. 

All of our free and flat rate shipping services are sent using USPS Mail. Level Up cannot guarantee how long a order will take to arrive. However most shipments usually arrive within 3 to 9 business days from shipping date. We currently do not accept international orders.

Please be advised that in very rare cases an item might sell out and become back ordered after you checkout. In that case we will contact you and  will ship your item as soon as it becomes available. If you ordered multiple items we will ship the in stock items immediately. You can always cancel the purchase of an item that we sell out of.

 

In-Store Pickup Policy:

 

All orders placed for in-store pickup will be held for 30days. After 30days we will contact you with a timeframe deadline in order to pickup your item from the store and/or arrange for shipment to your home address. If you are unable to pickup your item within that timeframe and we do not hear back from you, your item will be placed back into inventory and no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you any issues with the timeframe of your in-store pickup order.
