Return Policy For Used Games, Accessories, & Systems:
All of our used games and systems come with a 30 day warranty against defects, and all of our used accessories come with a 14 day warranty against defects. Please be aware that all defective returns will be verified by staff and if the item(s) is found to not be defective, no refund will be issued and the item will be sent back COD. Additionally, as stated in the Terms & Conditions Checkbox that must be agreed to during the check-out process, “all cartridge based games are assumed to be game only, no box or manual. All disk based games may or may not include original box/artwork and manual”; therefore, any return requests for these reasons will not be honored. If you need to return an item for a defective exchange/refund, just use our contact us page and we will get your return started.
Return Policy For New Games, Accessories, & Systems:
New games, accessories, and systems are returnable within 30 days of purchase only if they are unopened. We do not accept returns for new games, accessories, or systems that have been opened. If you need to return an unopened game, accessory, or system, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will get your return started.
Return Policy For Tabletop Board Games, RPG Books, & TCG Items:
No returns are accepted on any of these items opened or not, and no exceptions to this policy will be made. All sales are final on these items. If you are unsure if an item you are ordering falls under this category please contact us before you place your order.
Return Policy For Cover Art, Boxes, & Manuals:
All of these items are clearly marked in both their titles & descriptions as not being a copy of the game itself. If you need to return one of these items because you placed an order thinking that it was for the game itself, and did not properly read the title/description, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee based on the order total (item, taxes, and shipping). Additionally, you will be responsible for all costs to ship the item(s) back to us. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
Shipping Policy & Time Frame:
Items typically ship within one business day of your order being submitted. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. All of our free and flat rate shipping services are sent using USPS Mail. Level Up cannot guarantee how long an order will take to arrive. However, most shipments usually arrive within 3 to 9 business days from shipping date. We currently do not accept international orders. Please be advised that in very rare cases an item might sell out and become back ordered after you checkout. In that case we will contact you and will ship your item as soon as it becomes available. If you ordered multiple items we will ship the in-stock items immediately. You can always cancel the purchase of an item that we sell out of.
In-Store Pick Up Policy:
All orders placed for in-store pickup will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, we will contact you with a deadline in order for you to pick up your item(s) from the store, and/or arrange for shipment to your address. If you are unable to pick up your item within that timeframe and we do not hear back from you, your item will be placed back into inventory and no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you have any issues with the timeframe of your in-store pickup order.
